Quorr.io is a web-based application that allows users to:

  • Run simulations
  • View and export simulation outputs

We may update, modify, suspend, or remove features of the Service at any time without liability.

2. Accounts

To use the Application, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login details secure
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We use email-based one-time passwords (OTP) for authentication.

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Quorr.io may offer:

Pricing, limits, and features may change. If pricing changes, we will provide reasonable notice.

Paid plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software

  • Access data belonging to other users

5. Simulations Disclaimer

The Application provides simulated results and estimates only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Results may not reflect real-world performance
  • Outputs are for informational purposes only
  • You are responsible for independently validating results
  • Quorr.io is not liable for decisions made based on simulations

6. Your Data & Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload or create.

You grant Quorr.io a limited, non-exclusive licence to:

  • Store
  • Process
  • Display
  • Backup

your data solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may use anonymised and aggregated data to improve the product.

7. Data Export & Deletion

You may export your data or delete your account at any time.

Upon account deletion:

  • Active data is removed from our systems
  • Backups are deleted within a reasonable period

8. Emails & Communications

We may send:

  • Login emails (OTP)
  • Important service updates
  • Security notifications
  • Product updates and announcements

You may opt out of non-essential emails at any time.

  • We believe continued access poses a risk

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for business, engineering, or financial decisions
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or £0 for free users)

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, third-party failures, or natural disasters.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
